2019


With over a hundred years of innovation and expertise, Nivea is synonymous with skincare, building an unparalleled heritage and loyalty across the world with its blue logo. As other global competitors entered the body wash market in a big way, we relaunched the brand’s leading category with a message that successfully fused old values with a powerful new formula. In this 2019 campaign, we went from mutliple rounds of conceptual work to executing the campaign into post-production. Along with a strategist and the Design Director, I art directed and supervised what became a very sucessful national television campaign. Almost all artwork aspects of the campaign was under my direction. I also functioned as a CGI supervisor.  With our idea of “THE LITTLE THINGS,” we hinged the campaign on the special moments you share with others to taking time for yourself. The small, conscious choices make all the difference. We chose to celebrate the little things and the big things they add up to - including the difference a few drops of nourishing serum in your body wash makes on your skin. Ultimately the bodywash campaign was successful in that sales increased by 40% at the height of the 2020 pandemic.
